Thrush = yeast: First, get care to make sure the diagnosis is correct. Other things can cause vulvar itching, vaginal discharge, or other symptoms like yeast (thrush). If truly thrush, get checked for underlying problems like diabetes and HIV. Also, some yeast infections are resistant to the main treatments, the "azole" medications, but effective alternatives are availalbe. Good luck!

Yeast for sure? : When i see these cases my first question is how do we know it is a yeast infection? There are many causes of vaginal discharge and recurrent cases can be tricky. There are tests that can be done to prove yeast. Testing can be determine what type of yeast and what medicines would be effective.
