A member asked:

I had sex while on period but without penetration and he came outside and the semen came on my underwear. is there a possibility i will get pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very unlikely: Sperm do not swim through clothing in real life, so keeping the clothes on can be good contraception. Wearing jeans with a tight button fly, that are really tough to unbutton, and a tight waist to stop hands from slipping through, can keep things under control. Sperm don't swim through panties, but panties are not considered barrier contraception because "things happen" in the heat of the moment.
