Gastroenterologist: Inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease, right sided diverticulitis or even appendicitis are possible causes of these symptoms. I recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist. Appropriate testing will be done in order to make a diagnosis and treat you.
