Keep it simple: Standard trauma evaluation first after resuscitation if needed. Chest, abdominal xrays. head scan. Serial CBCs, Initial blood chemistries and gases, establish and monitor blood 02, cardiac and pulmonary function. Pregnancy test? sure but somewhat down the list
