Infertility ?: At age 30, pregnancy should occur with unprotected intercourse over a one year interval, if exposure to viable semen is frequent. If pregnancy has not occurred during this interval, ask your gyn provider for a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), a simple x-ray exam which can indicate tubal blockage and frequently open the tubes, and obstructive tubal disease is the most common cause of infertility.
