Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. If a doctor who examined you was not able to diagnose you, it is certainly not possible to diagnose your disorder in this forum. You may wish to see a different doctor, especially an ENT doctor.
