See below: Depending on location, the lesion results in 4-5 mm bumps that may be painful and/or tender, with redness and sometimes with discharge. The lesions are usually firm to hard and may have a hair sticking out. If the lesions are in your private parts, it is due to shaving and you should quit doing that.
