Ask Benefits Person: The person in charge of insurance Benefits at the insurance company or at the employer will know the answer to questions about what is covered and what is not covered. You have posted on HealthTap's free, public, informational forum for health questions. People post questions from all over the world. We volunteer doctors do not know what insurance copayment rules our users has.

Hard to say: This is a general medical information site based primarily in the USA where volunteer docs answer health questions. We have no access or information about how insurance works in the 4 corners of the world where we are seen. Co-pays are generally used to deter over use of resources so you have "skin in the game". You will need to contact your insurance plan for such questions
