I suspect i might have syphilis again after almost two years, i really hate the injection they normally give you and i wanted an alternative treatment?

Probably gonorrhea: These symptoms are typical for gonorrhea, not syphilis. Sorry you "hate" the injection, but it's no big deal -- a small amount through a very thin needle and nearly painless for most people. Don't cut corners with something that can make you or your partner sterile! Just suck it up and see a doctor or clinic ASAP. Make sure your sex partner(s) also get treated. And get in the condom habit!
