Not that high, but: Requires monitoring, first it has to be repeated to make sure it is consistent, if still above 10-14, you need to be followed up and have good education about lead poisoning in your workplace or your place, local health authorities would have this information and direct you, or your primary doctor who may refer you to a specialist as a toxicologist, nephrologist or a hematologist, good luck
