Im 5 weeks pregnant on the mini pill have taken a lot of panadine fort and endone for migraines and zoloft before knowing will this effect the baby?

Unlikely : Opioid use in early pregnancy (panadeine and endone) wasn't related to birth defects, however using opioid in late pregnancy can cause problems after delivery: opioid withdrawal syndrome. Zoloft use is category C, and shouldn't be a problem. Kindly keep a follow-up with your doctor/obstetrician asap for prenatal care, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
