Don't plan on it: This should be considered a permanent sterilization. It creates scars within the Fallopian tubes so they will not work in the future. In theory, you could bypass the scars with in vitro fertilization & implantation (an uncovered fertility procedure $$$$$$) but consider it as permanent as tying off the tubes.
