Secondary amenorrhea: A 24-year old female whom I assume had regular periods in the past and who now develops pregnancy-test negative amenorrhea of three months duration is likely due to emotional stress. I doubt seriously that drinking three grandpas (?) or any liquid could be responsible for one of menses. Would advise contraception if warranted (and preceded by gyn exam), otherwise gyn exam if prob recurs.
