Will ranitidine lower my blood pressure? i have low blood pressure to start with so dont want to end up with it worse?

Very rarely: The incidence of ranitidine causing low blood pressure is extremely low, 0.01% to 0.1%, so it is pretty rare. I would not be too concerned about taking it. If by some chance it does lower your blood pressure you can just discontinue it and your blood pressure will return to baseline. In my experience, ranitidine is one of the best tolerated medications out there!
