Probably not.: The maximum length of time for the use of topical steroids (like betamethasone cream in lotrisone) is 7 days on delicate skin areas: perieum (vulva/penis), palms, soles, face and neck. It is 10 days for the rest of the body. Prolonged use after that can cause thinning of the skin, steroid acne, and striations (silver lines like stretch marks). You should be fine. Avoid repeating soon!
