The National: Sleep Foundation recommends avoiding milk chocolate before sleep however the SCIENTIFIC confirmation of this IS UNCLEAR...There is a small amount of caffeine in milk chocolate ...this may be the reaon. NOTE that WHITE chocolate contains no caffiene! Hope this is helpful Pleasant (Sweet) Dreams Healthy New Year Dr Z
