Menstrual pain: Stomach pain and other symptoms with one's menstrual cycle is sometimes associated with endometriosis, which can also be accompanied by stomach cramps, diarrhea at the time of your period. Ask your gyn physician about oral bcp's (unless there is a contraindication) and to discuss endometriosis with you as a possibility.
