Abnormal vaginal discharge, especially colored e.g. brown, and abnormal vaginal bleeding (spotting) always require prompt medical evaluation, and you have both. At your age of 22, infections, especially STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia, are common causes. See your doctor soon.
