For the last 2 weeks i have been having a pain in my lower right abdomen and i have been vomiting and feeling nausea alot. i have taken pregnancy tests which all came up negative and i currently have a period. what could this be?

Couple things: It certainly could be your appendix, so go get seen to rule that out. Otherwise it could be a torsion of a ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, bowel infection or inflammatory bowel issue. But, you need to rule out appendicitis first. Go get scene. You probably need blood work and a CT scan and possible a pelvic US
