Is it normal to let out a white vaginal milky discharge a couple of days before your period? it doesn't smell bad or anything, is that a normal thing?

Discharge: Vaginal discharge can change throughout the month. Prior to a period due to Progesterone changes it can get a little more opaque and whitish. To be sure however, have your doctor or gynecologist check to make sure there is no infection. Hope that helps.
