Panic attack: The heart is quite a resilient structure. IT is quite unlikely that it will change just with one panic attack.

Some basics: When you go in for issues that mimic a heart attack, they draw blood & do other tests (EKG,etc.) . One of he things we have that eliminates the issue of heart attack or heart damage are chemicals we find in those blood tests when heart tissue is injured. No markers=no damage. You say you were cleared. This is part of the reason. Your perspective has changed but not your heart. Follow up with doc.
