Many: Ensure good hydration. Consider augmentation of salt- such as a gatorade supplement if in a particular situation. Don't lock your legs if standing upright. If feel faint, lie down immediately and elevate your legs above your heart. Consider maneuver to contract the abdomen and legs tightly to maintain blood pressure until the sensation improves.
