Leg Cramps: This can be postural, however consider factors such as daily exercise, diet (electrolytes). Dehydration could cause of muscle cramps. Several medicines may cause muscle cramps. Ruling out venous and/or arterial issues, nerve compression could be a consideration. Sometimes cramps can be stopped if the muscle can be stretched. If this persists consult your doc for an examination.
