Bcp's : Sprintec is a combination oral contraceptive, and if one starts on "day one" of a regular period, you will not ovulate thereafter, so sex on the "seventh day" after starting the pack of 28 oral bcp's should prevent pregnancy (a little less than 100% of the time).
