See below: There are a number of causes that could explain your symptoms: muscular-skeletal problem with associated radiculopathy (pain along affected nerves) vs an intrabdominal process. A normal urinalysis does not completely rule out a urological cause. Even early shingles (before typical skin rash appears) could cause similar symptoms. A proper evaluation first involves a good history and physical exam.
