Period?: Periods in mid-thirties may be irregular, b/c eggs require more stimulation to actually ovulate, which delays the onset of the period. The light bleeding may be due to ovulation, since sometimes two eggs are matured at the same time, and the pre-ovulation drop in estrogen is larger and can cause withdrawal bleeding. If pregnancy is possible, get a serum HCG test to be certain.
