Voltaren: Using Voltaren in the first three months of pregnancy is not advised, and may cause heart problems in the fetus (closure of the ductus arteriosis, which bypasses the lungs and allows for oxygen rich blood to flow to other parts of the growing fetus). See your gyn physician for advice, and ultrasound of the fetal circulation to be certain before contemplating termination.
