Many causes: A woman can have painful sex if there isn't enough vaginal lubrication. This pain can be resolved if the female relaxes more, if there is more foreplay, or if a sexual lubricant is used. Other possible causes include vaginismus, vaginal infections, endometriosis, STDs, and tissue injury. It's therefore important that you have a complete medical exam as soon as possible.
