Wrong place to ask: A basic statement on tissue is that once surgically repaired, it is more likely to rip/tear under stress. It is not clear what you would consider masturbation. If it has anything to do with the involved tissues you should ask this of the surgeon who repaired the area. If you need further work on that area for any reason success is less likely the 2nd or 3rd time around.
