Possible TMJ: syndrome: an inflammation of the temero-mandibular jount, where the lower jaw ( mandible) insets into the skull ( temporal bone ). Usually will respons to oral antiinflammatory meds ( if not allergic ), mouth guards/appliances and/or local injections.
