Question chopped but: Mild nose, throat, and neck symptoms can be from cold viruses, strep throat, allergies, etc., except that allergies usually don't cause fevers. Doctors have in-office tests for strep, so a primary care doctor can diagnose it and start antibiotics to kill the bacteria. Neck pain can be from inflamed lymph nodes due to viruses or bacteria, or from viruses bothering neck muscles. A doctor can check.
