Due to yoga practice acl grade 2 sprain in posterior bundle. pain and can't take load on right knee. wobbly feeling. how long does it takes to heal ?

Pace yourself : It has been slightly stretched, but is still able to help keep the knee joint stable. Grade 2 Sprains. A Grade 2 Sprain stretches the ligament to the point where it becomes loose. This is often referred to as a partial tear of the ligament. A proper knee brace may help healing. Suggest Ortho or PM&R evaluation

Be evaluated: If you have a demonstrated acl injury and your knee feels wobbly, would need to be evaluated to make sure your knee is not unstable, which runs the risk of sustaining further knee injury. At a minimum, a brace would be needed and potentially surgery if remains unstable.
