More cortticosteroid: if it is an inflammatory issue. It could be also a wrong diagnosis. You may need more testing and reevaluation of your physical exam if it happens to be a wrong diagnosis. Over all it appears to be a disorder related to you muscles or bone or nerves in the affected area.
