URI: probably sinus and bronchial involvemet. Force fluids, use zinc lozenges, warm water garges, nasal saline rinses, dark brown honey and Robitssin DM ( or generic equivalent)

Sinus infection?: If this has been present for over 10 days and not improved, a sinus infection should be considered. Check with your doctor.

Infection: Sounds like an upper respiratory tract infection. Consider seeing your PCP especially if you have a fever.
