Schedule a visit: This is an issue best decided after a full history and exam by your doc/obgyn. Your prior medical history or chronic medications may eliminate some types. Your desire to make it permanent/reversible factors in. Your ability to remember a daily pill vs periodic visits for injections would count. A copper IUD may be the simplest non-hormonal method but it is pricey & placement is uncomfortable.
