Sorry, no cure: "Blue balls" is pain in the testicles after sexual arousal without ejaculation, sometimes with bluish color of the scrotum. Some people use the term for testiclar pain after any sexual activity. It's harmless and temporary, usually a few minutes. Rare in most men, common in others. There is no treatment or cure, but usually can be prevented by going ahead with sexual release when aroused.
