Fertility ?: At 37, the statistical occurrence of pregnancy is much diminished but still possible if your periods are regular. If your attempts over time have not resulted in pregnancy, see your gyn provider for an exam and inquire about an HSG test (hysterosalpingogram) to see if your tubes are clear. There are many steps to assist in fertility if this does not result in pregnancy.
