Noticed brown line on thumb nail and a visited dermotologist but this not fungal infection and said to follow up for nail i am really scared.

May be from injury: Sometimes trauma/injury to the nail can cause bleeding from under the nail, which then can cause brown areas under the nail or on the nail itself. I would watch it and see if grows along with your nail. If it does, then you can eventually clip it off when you clip that part of your nail off.
