Need more info: centrofollicular lymphoma of the scalp can be treated with good response to radiation. Other treatments, like anti-CD20 antibody treatment (ex: rituximab or obinutuzumab) may have a role. Would need to know if any signs of disease elsewhere in body (CAT Scan, Bone marrow biopsy). Also- no such word as "Adenopathies"
