Pregnancy Concern: Sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time of it. Nausea, loss of apetite and abdominal discomfort can occur during a normal pregnancy. A miscarriage can occur at 13 weeks, but I would not presume that is the cause of your symptoms. It is clear you are quite concerned - so recommend contacting your obstetrician. Severe abdominal pain warrants expeditious evaluation.
