See you doctor: It's difficult to say what's causing your pain without an evaluation. It may be a urinary tract infection that ascends to your kidneys. This may lead to sepsis (generalized blood infection) and possible miscarriage if not treated in a timely manner with antibiotics. See your doctor as soon as possible.
