Clitoral sore: A single "dark red" sore on the clitoral hood is most likely a small "blood blister" arising from trauma (sex or exercise related). If the "sore" is depressed as an ulcer, it may be due to herpes. See you gyn provider for an exam and blood tests or culture to be certain.
