Is icthamol. ointment safe to use on an absecessed sebaceous cyst on stomach to drawdraw out the pus. i want to keep lancing at the dr as last resort?

NO: this is an old wives tale. Warm compresses, medication to reduce pain and swelling and incision/drianage are the treatments of choice. If minimal, antibiotic therapy might mork but DO NOT USE any drawing agent.
