Constipated ???: A breast feeding 6 wk old can poop a small amount every feed or fill a crib once a week. They are quite variable in their normal pattern. They also often grunt or cry to create the belly pressure needed to poop, since their abdominal muscles are week. If it is soft when she goes it is not constipation. If rabbit pellets/hard, 1 oz of prune juice 1-3X /d can loosen her up.
