my dad's 2 small toes hurt in night (mostly in winter) and he can't sleep properly. even during the day he would be just fine. can u pls tell me what cause that toes problem? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot

Varies: Multiple potential causes from problems around the toes themselves such as a neuroma for example to possible vascular (pad) or neuropathic causes. A good medical checkup with a primary care doctor would likely be a good place to start.
