Need more info: If your hemoglobin was 9 gm/dL and you bleed for two weeks after that you may be more severely anemic. It would be prudent to contact the doctor who did hysterectomy. If that is not feasible, consider going to he ED for a check of your hemoglobin level. Wish you good health!
