Im 5weeks pregnant, and only seeing my dr next week. can i maintain my fitness regime in the meantime? i do hiit with some weights, 3-4 per week. or should i rather wait to be cleared by my dr? tia

Exercise:pregnant: Exercise is strongly recommended in pregnancy for many reasons. At five weeks of pregnancy, there is little you can do adversely to negatively affect your pregnancy, but see your OB provider first, for his/her opinion on the extent of your exercise program to continue.
