Hard to speculate: Whether or not you are fertile/have healthy sperm/ or can actually perform naturally to father kids is a bit more than this single symptom can predict. If you have such concerns you should visit your doc for a fertility evaluation. This may mean you will have a harder time than others, but beyond that it is just a symptom.
