Head pressure: If there is no high or low blood pressure or scalp pathology, I would consider tension a likely cause. Lightheadedness may be an inner ear symptom especially if noted on head motion. Your physician can advise you best after an examination and tests for anemia, thyroid disorders,etc.. Referral to a specialist(neurologist,ENT) may be made depending upon your physicians assessment.
