ER visit: If you have a potentially serious problem, the going to an emergency room is the fastest way to get help. If you have a relationship already with a doctor, they usually will see you on an urgent basis if a new problem has arisen and some have a few slots open for emergencies even if this is a new patient. Which is the easiest? It depends on your funding, history and degree of problem.
